When will I get my order?
The Edition 1 notebook is in pre-orders with a first batch expected to arrive by Fall 2026. After purchasing an Edition 1 notebook, you'll be getting weekly updates until we get the notebooks shipped out.
What is the return policy?
You can refund any pre-orders until we fulfill the order. Once you receive the notebook, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items that will be clearly identified before purchase, such as custom orders. If you have any doubts, please reach out to us via our contact page.
Where are your products designed & manufactured?
Edition 1 is designed in Canada and manufactured in China. Our team has visited our manufacturing facilities to verify working conditions and quality standards before partnering with them. Our selected partners are SA8000 certified, which is an independent audit confirming fair wages, safe working conditions, and no child labor.
The paper in Edition 1 is FSC-certified, meaning it comes from responsibly managed forests. The cover is made from vegan leather that meets RoHS and REACH compliance standards, ensuring no harmful chemicals are used in its production. No animal products are used.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
